Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Inspection
At NQ Visiorence, we provide high-sensitivity inspection services to ensure structural integrity and regulatory compliance. Our NDT division is led by a Level III professional with 20+ years of experience, supported by a team of elite specialists capable of investigating the material integrity without disrupting your service continuity. Our procedures follow rigorous industry-standard protocols to ensure baseline safety and quality. All procedures are executed per ASNT, API, and ASTM codes or/and/or standards set by customers, by Level II and Level III certified personnel.
Our Core NDT Methodologies
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
MT magnetizes the part and applies fluorescent iron oxide particles; surface and near-surface discontinuities create flux leakage that concentrates the particles into visible indications under UV light. We detect discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials using both Dry and Fluorescent methods.
- Fluorescent MT: Optimized for high-contrast detection of fine cracks and stress-related defects under UV illumination.
- Dry Powder MT: Highly portable and effective for field inspections, weld evaluations, and heavy industrial components
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
UT propagates high-frequency acoustic waves through a component and analyzes the echo return to map internal flaws with sub-millimeter precision.
- Flaw Detection: Utilizing Pulse-Echo and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) to identify internal cracks, inclusions, and laminations.
- Thickness Gauging: High-precision measurements to monitor erosion and corrosion rates in pipelines and pressure vessels.
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
This method draws penetrant fluid into open surface-breaking defects by capillary action, then a developer pulls it back out as a high-contrast indication.
- Versatile Inspection: Applicable to ferrous and non-ferrous metals, advanced alloys, and ceramics.
- High Sensitivity: Detects cracks, porosity, and laps invisible to the naked eye.
Visual Inspection (VT)
A foundational, detailed examination performed by experienced specialists to identify immediate signs of wear, corrosion, or mechanical damage.
Compliance & Global Readiness
We maintain a high-readiness posture to support the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Construction, and Energy sectors.
