Role Description

This is a full-time role for an NDT Inspector based out of Arlington, TX. While the position is headquartered in Arlington, the nature of our work requires high mobility and technical adaptability. The NDT Inspector will conduct a range of testing methods, including ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT), and visual testing (VT) on-site at client facilities and industrial projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Level II or III certification in relevant NDT methodologies (UT, MT, PT, VT).

Field Readiness: Ability to travel frequently to client sites and work in various weather conditions or confined industrial spaces.

Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule to meet urgent client needs and project milestones.

Analytical Skill: Strong experience in defect analysis and knowledge of industry codes/standards (SNT-TC-1A, ASME, API, AWS, NAS410, DS1-1, etc.).

Physical Ability: Ability to lift inspection equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and navigate industrial infrastructure safely.

Documentation: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce professional, audit-ready inspection reports.

Background: Relevant technical or engineering degree, or equivalent field experience.

Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for travel to job sites.
